Best Summer Song


If I had to listen to only one song that reminds me of summer for the rest of my life it would be...

On January 1st 2014, the Desert Island Mixtape Project was launched. You are stranded on an island. You only have one song to listen to for the rest of your life. Each month a new band/artist is chosen. This month we tried something a little different. This month we asked for the song that most reminds you of summer. The chosen songs are interesting because most of that songs are not "summery" stylistically or lyrically. Music has that magic that allows you to be in a different place/time or remind you of something from your past. The songs this month engage memory and feeling.
